Markie Post (born March 29 1959) is an American actress who is best known for Christine Sullivan, a public defender in NBCs Night Court. Terri Michaels, a bail bondwoman in ABCs television show The Fall Guy. Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman appears in CBSs Hearts Afire. Markie has appeared as an actress on numerous game show. She was raised with siblings and brothers within Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard Post. Post's wife who is a poet, Marylee Post. She attended Las Lomas High School where she was a cheerleader. She studied briefly at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. In 1982 she was engaged to writer and actor Michael A. Ross with who her two kids. Post, a wonderful actress and the perfect wife and mother has set the standard for many Hollywood stars. Early acting credits for Post include a 1978 episode of Barnaby and the pilot for Simon & Simon details at Elevenin the episode 2 in The Greatest American Hero in 1981. She also appeared in two episodes of The A-Team. She also played two characters in The Only Church In Townin 1983, Hot Styles in 1984 and The Love Boat.
