Angela Christine Watson [n e 12 November 1975Angela Christine Watson [born 12 November 1975] is an American model and actor best famous for her character Karen Foster in Step by Step. Suzanne Somers played Carol Foster Lambert, one of her daughters. Angela Watson has a Master's degree from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Additionally, she is an National Board Certified teacher. Her experience in the classroom spans 11 years and includes over ten years of coaching experience. Angela started this site as a young teacher in 2003. She wanted to share useful teaching ideas for teachers and to help fellow educators build a positive mindset to truly enjoy their work. It was first referred to as Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers until 2008 which was the year it changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers after the publication of her first book. Angela's program for professional development to improve productivity is being used by more than 45 000 schools in the context of the 40-hour Workweek. As a program designed first for teachers, and then extended to coaches, instructors and even administrators, 40 Hour is helping educators focus more on their personal academic and contractual obligations.
