Cheney said he is looking forward working with a leader who can collaborate with those who have differing political opinions and who share common objectives. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska.
