Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. The couple has three kids.
